Brioche knitting is a very versatile technique that in it’s simplest form, may be worked quite easily without the knitter really being aware that they are using such a fantastic method. It creates a fabric that is reversible and because of that, the results are quite thick and full bodied. It can therefore be quite lustrous. This workshop will teach the basics of this technique, as well as show it’s capabilities. There will be a couple of projects available for the participants to choose from on the day. Its aim is to showcase a different knitting technique and inspire the participants towards future projects.
