Workshop: Learn To Knit

This workshop is aimed at those who wish to learn to knit, or even to refresh skills that may have been forgotten. It will teach methods to cast on and cast off, as well as the knit and purl stitches. There will be the option of a fingerless mitts project, which will help to understand how to read a knitting pattern and give the opportunity to learn a simple increase and decrease.

Full tuition and support will be provided, as well as inspiration for future knitting projects. The workshop is aimed at beginners and refreshers and will enable the participant to work to their own pace without the pressure to “keep up”.

The cost of the workshop includes DK yarn and light refreshments (please bring your own lunch).
